Course Description

The Wellschool Peer Coach Skill Building short course is a 4-5 week course.
It is  designed to help students build their practical Peer Coaching Skills.


The course learnings includes:
  • 4 weeks  x 3 hour  Zoom learning sessions 
  • Weekly Online Learning activities
  • Peer Learning Circles 
  • Practice Coaching Client
  • Feedback sessions


The course Zoom meeting will be run over 4 x FRIDAY afternoons:
Week 1 - Friday 18th March, 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Week 2 - Friday  25th March, 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Week 3 - Friday  1st April, 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Week 4 - Friday  8th April, 1.30pm - 4.30pm


Students are asked to do 6-8 hours per week of coaching skill practice to maximise their learning. 


Wellness Curriculum Developer and Author

Eva Migdal

Eva Migdal is a trained physiotherapist, health educator, health and wellness coach, curriculum designer, author, media maker & environmental scientist. She developed and taught the Wellness Coaching course at RMIT University on the ‘Masters of Wellness’ program from 2010-2018. She founded ‘Wellschool’, a wellness & coach training social enterprise in 2012, where she developed the ‘Well Habit’ curriculum & illustrated workbooks to teach the practical and life changing skills of wellness literacy, stages of change & peer coaching. The Well Habit Peer Coaching approach is now being used in schools, universities, mentor programs and in the life insurance sector for chronic injury management. It is also a core learning on the Cert IV in Mental Health Peer Work & Psychosocial Recovery Coach training at Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia.
